BEONE TASTEON is under BEONE BUSINESS LTD which is a registered company in Hong Kong. In compliance with Hong Kong regulations, we have duly applied for all required online food sales certificates from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD). Our business is also supported by a verified HSBC PayMe merchant account.
All products sold by BEONE TASTEON are either freshly produced or specially ordered based on customer demand, ensuring quality, safety, and authenticity.
Refund Policy - the basics
All sales made on BEONE TASTEON are final. In accordance with Hong Kong consumer protection guidelines, we accept refund requests only under the following circumstances:
1. Defective or expired products upon delivery
2. Wrong item received compared with the confirmed order
3. Product quality issues, supported with photographic proof
To apply for a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide relevant evidence. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For hygiene and food safety reasons, products that have been opened, consumed, or damaged due to improper storage cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is caused by BEONE TASTEON or our logistics partners.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method (e.g. Stripe) within a reasonable processing time.
